How the job is done
A commercial fit-out turns an empty or tired unit into somewhere that’s ready to trade. Our projects include two national sports retail stores, in Denton and Skegness, taken from bare unit to shop floor, along with a steel mezzanine in a warehouse unit, stockroom racking and an office lobby with speed gates.
Fit-outs run to a date, so the first step is to understand yours: when the unit is available, when it has to open, and what access and working-hours restrictions the landlord or building sets. Tell us those when you ask for a quote, so the price reflects how and when the work has to happen.
On site we coordinate the joinery, fixing, finishing and making good, and keep the unit tidy as we go. When we hand over, the space is clean and ready for your fixtures, stock or staff.

Do you take on smaller commercial jobs?
Yes. As well as full fit-outs, we take on smaller commercial work such as a new reception counter, racking or a repaint.
What do you need from us to quote?
The address, drawings or photos if you have them, your target opening date and any access rules for the building. The more we know up front, the more accurate the quote.
