Who we are

Ash & Sons Maintenance is run by Lee Ashworth and Chris Pollard. Our experience covers all aspects of building maintenance, from minor repairs and painting to joinery and larger renovations, for homeowners, landlords and businesses.

Being small and family-run shapes how we work. You deal with the people doing the job, you get a straight answer about what it will involve, and we treat a small repair with the same care as a large one.

How the three teams fit together

The work runs through three teams under the Ash & Sons name.

Most jobs need more than one trade. A refurbishment might need repairs, new internal doors, fire doors on the landing and a repaint. Because the teams work together, that can be one enquiry and one quote, with the right people on each part of the job.

How we work

We believe clear communication and a friendly approach matter as much as quality workmanship. We’ll tell you what we’re going to do, what it will cost and when we’ll be there, and we’ll keep you posted if anything changes.

Every quotation is free and comes with no obligation.
